The impact snapshot
More students reached
Programs, teams, camps, events, and outreach have helped introduce robotics and STEM learning to students across the community. Each interaction is an opportunity to replace uncertainty with curiosity and confidence.
Resources turned into opportunity
Fundraising and partnerships help purchase kits, materials, and other resources teams need. Careful budgeting allows support to reach schools that may not be able to fund a program independently.
Volunteers multiplied the work
Student volunteers and community supporters contributed time to mentoring, planning, instruction, events, communications, and operations. Their service allows the organization to support more students while giving volunteers real leadership experience.
The next chapter
The goal is not growth for its own sake. FIRST For Youth will continue focusing on programs that are welcoming, well-supported, and sustainable—so more students can build, compete, lead, and inspire the teams that follow them.
